- 8 open burners • 25,000 BTU each with electronic ignition (no standing pilots) and 12″×12″ cast-iron grates.
- 24″ manual griddle with 1″ thick polished steel plate and one 20,000 BTU burner every 12″ for even heat.
- Dual 26-1/2″ standard ovens • 35,000 BTU each, thermostatically controlled 250 – 500 °F, supplied with 2 chrome racks per cavity.
- Stainless-steel front, sides, 6″ deep landing ledge and full-width drip pan for quick clean-ups.
- Adjustable 6″ chrome-plated legs; optional casters available.
